1966 Cadillac Coupe de Ville
€ 49.900
This rare, black coupe is a rarity in many respects.
It was not purchased from the inventory of a local Cadillac dealer, but was ordered from the factory in a timely manner upon request.
The customer was a large construction company and he wanted a car for his wife. As she did not have a driving license, the car was driven for the family by a chauffeur at her request.
An interesting equipment was chosen:
-no radio. This is extremely rare in a Cadillac
-no air conditioning. The buyer did not want the driver to wait in a parking lot with the engine running and the air conditioning listening to the radio while shopping.
-Trunk opener
-Central locking
-electric triangular windows, in addition to the standard electric window lifters
-6-way adjustable seat
-Vinyldach
-green tinted windows
-Heating (you had to order it back then)
-Floormat set
-Whitewall tires
So he wasn't stingy.
The best thing is the low mileage of 19,000 miles! The car is still running on the first '66 whitewall tires from delivery. The interior and trunk are in new condition! The paintwork is largely the first.
A 66 in such a preserved condition is very difficult to find these days.
